Wayleave & Consent:
A wayleave is a standard agreement form that provides the supplier permission to install network cabling for specified premises, and to extend, fix or place equipment as required. The company assumes to pay a fee to the landlord to rent the premises for the time it will be needed. Suppliers are bound to have wayleave consent to grant permission to start working on or extend any existing network. Without a wayleave consent from a company, we won’t be allowed to work on any premises, as these authorisation documents are compulsory.
