Maintenance & Support service:

Our maintenance and support services can the split into two categories which are preventative maintenance and post-fault maintenance.

Preventative maintenance consists of surveillance, testing, and control with the aim of preventing any failures from taking place. These tasks are planned and undertaken before any major failures take place on the network. This category of regular maintenance is in-service condition maintenance performed as surveillance of the network to avoid interference with the telecommunication service.

Post-fault maintenance consists of either immediate restoration after a serious fault occurs to the network or deferred restoration in accordance with the maintenance rules that are given. The tasks in this category of maintenance will take place when it is triggered by the detection of faults in the form of transmission systems, customer operation systems, or as the result of preventative maintenance.
